  Clean and friendly with a variety of food and drinks! Great place for a drink and some food for people of Larkspur when you don't want to fight traffic to get elsewhere. Three stars due to there being only one staff for the bar as well as the tables within the restaurant. Having the bartender be also the waitress did not seem wise since it was a weekend of the renaissance festival. Kudos and 5 stars to the  lady who was crushing it when having to take it all on.

  This is a very basic bar/restaurant. The ambience is very plain and this can cause it to be pretty noisy and tough to carry on a conversation. This place caters to the local crowd which means there's a lot of regulars. That's not a good thing or a bad thing, it just is what it is.
  
  I think the food for me was the highlight, it was actually pretty good! If you're looking for your basic lineup of awful beers - you'll find them here. If you're looking for craft cocktails - move along. Bar tending is pretty basic here. This place is not being used to it's fullest potential, which is a shame because the building looks to be brand new. Wonder how long they can stay in business.
  
  So if you need a brew and some good bar grub, you'll be pleased.

  Good Food, havent had a bad meal. Service struggles sometimes but still a good go to family food spot:)

  This is a local bar restaurant. Live in the area and don't go there very much because service is rough. Food is average. Spent over an hour and never got my food so I left. Waitress tried but food never came so had to leave. Probably wait another couple years to try again. Place survives from the bar and not food.

  So where in the world can you eat lunch (or dinner) where the nearby scenery includes Monkey Face Mountain?  Why, at The Spur of the Moment in Larkspur, Colorado!  And the spur of the moment was exactly what happened for me.  I-25 was a parking lot due to an accident further ahead, so I hopped off and had lunch at the Spur.  Definitely bar food - burgers, steaks, & such, but quite good.  With high ceilings, the interior feels very open and is very attractive.  With dive bars at the lower end of bar & grills, the Spur was definitely in the upper range.  Had the classic:
  burger & fries - very filling & good.  Will visit again if in the area at mealtime.
